On Line Assitance Regarding Total Quality


We are pursuing ACDD accreditation for our services in Utah, and will probably go from there to obtaining accreditation for Caliofornia services. This requires a complete immersion in quality enhancement throughout the entire organization, and will undoubtedly requiring a re-thinking of many old practices. As we face these challenges, we are wondering if there is some sort of on-line resource for organizations that are making similar attempts, either with accreditation or simply with quality enhancement. It seems that a sharing of ideas, challenges and resources would be beneficial. If you know of any such resources, particularly in the way of electronic mailing lists or newgroups, please let use know.
